The Learning Center Southwest Flint is located in the Yorkshire Plaza on Miller Road. We provide one-on-one tutoring in all learning areas. We focus on increasing the ability to learn by emphasizing the how of learning, as well as the content subject area. We use strategies and skills that enable students to become more effective and efficient learners.
Company ProfileOur staff is composed of certified teachers who are also trained in visual learning. This program integrates visual therapy procedures with learning skills. These strategies assist in improving the focus of attention as well as increasing comprehension and retention of material. Tutors also work with students of all ages that have learning disabilities, limited attention span, ADD, ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. Hours The Learning Center Southwest Flint is open Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. All tutoring is done by appointment only!
